Good morning! I hope that the snow hasn't caused problems for too many of you. Tucked away in the South East, we have only had a sprinkling which didn't cause any problems and would have been perfect on Christmas Day! However, if the forecasters have got it right (and my two boys are crossing their fingers that they have!) we may be in for it later, we have already had a couple of centimetres this morning.
Today is the start of another challenge at Come & Get It and this week we have a sketch to follow.
We are being sponsored by Fred She Said
and they have a $10 voucher for the winner. Check out their store to see fab images like the one I have used for my card, isn't he just the cutest! Don't forget to visit the other DT girls to see their take on the sketch.
Followers of my blog know that male cards are not my favourite to make as I struggle with embellishments for them, but in this case that is a plus, as too many embellishments would detract from Meighan's sweet sketch! I decided that there was too much white around the image and used distress ink around the edges, but I definitely need to practice a bit more with the darker colours as I've been a bit heavy handed!
