So, we are now half way through the year, when did that happen?! At least we are having some nice weather at last in my little corner of the UK, not sure how long it will last, I have given up watching the forecast, it’s more accurate to have a  guess! I’d just like to apologise for not getting around to everyone’s blogs recently, I know I keep saying it, but there really are not enough hours in the day and add that to an internet connection that is so slow some days I could cry! I did do a catch up last night, so hopefully I’m not in anyone’s bad books!

On to my DT card for July’s challenge at A Little Bit Crafty where this month the theme is ‘Die-ing For It’. What a fab theme, I’m sure you can all incorporate a die cut or 2 into your cards and there are some fantastic prizes as usual, Paula really does work hard to get such brilliant sponsors.

The lucky DT had the choice of any Saturated Canary digi to work with this month, oh my, what a hard decision! I ended up with Maxine, she’s a bit different from a lot of Krista’s gorgeous images, but I love her ‘big’ hair and thought the gardening theme would make a perfect card to sell in our garden centre.

Be My Valentine!

My second card today is for the challenge at Come & Get It where the theme this week is very topical - ‘Hearts’. Please pop over to the DT’s Blogs to see what they have been up to.
I have had a couple of freebies from Saturated Canary for some time, but have shied away from colouring them because my hair colouring technique has not been up to much. However, I have been practising and although I have some way to go to get to the standard of many crafter’s out there, I was pleased enough with this card to share!
