I used Spellbinders 'Modern Stationery' dies for the main image and birthday sentiment and some basic shapes for the other sentiments, plus a Tattered Lace musical score die and a hobbycraft punch for the mini notes

Hello again! After some major pc problems(due to lots of mini power cuts) I have finally managed to get a blog post done- and so -

Good morning crafters, I'm just popping in to tell you about our new challenge at Passion for Markers 

Elaine has been very kind to you and chosen a theme of 'Spots and/or Stripes'

Our sponsor is Beccy's Place

My DT card:

I used stencils and distress inks to create the sky and wall

Finished off with a bow and a couple of enamel dots

Christmas Is Coming!

Don't panic - yet! Christmas isn't really coming - well, only on the Passion for Markers blog where our latest theme is 'Christmas in July'  Linda would like to see some Christmas themed projects this time and our sponsor is Sheepski Designs

I decided on a shaped card for something a bit different this time and used a cute image from our sponsor:

Queen Bee

 Hello crafters! 

I hope you are all surviving the rather warm weather we are having at the moment - I feel like I could end up as a puddle on the floor, BUT, I did manage to get in the craft room to make a card for our new theme at Passion for Promarkers - without coming out with bits of paper etc stuck all over me!

I have used a cute image from our sponsor for my DT card and have deviated from my usual square card to an A5 one, sorry for the wonky photo AND the wonky matting and layering - it's very hard to get things straight only using one hand!

Happy Anniversary to us!

 Yes, it's our anniversary at Passion for Markers this week and our challenge theme is a nice and easy one - 'Anything Goes'

My card this time is somewhat of an LOTV love fest! I had a splurge on some of their sale items (actual polymer stamps, not digis) and they are beyond cute!

Bob's Balloons

 Well, it's pouring hard here which is very disappointing after the last few days of glorious sunshine, but, on the plus side - it's a perfect day for crafting! and for joining in our latest challenge at Passion for Markers where the theme this time couldn't be easier! - We would like to see projects made for 'Birthdays' 

The lucky DT got to choose an image from our sponsor Dr Digi's HOS to play with and I chose 'Bob's Balloons' as balloons definitely qualify for our theme 

After year's of struggling to make cards for men - I seem to be on a bit of a roll as this is the 3rd masculine card I have made for our challenges lately
