Favourite Colours

We have a new challenge starting today at Passion for Markers - another nice and easy one, Karen would like you to use your 'Favourite Colours' on your projects

We are being sponsored by Dr Digi and I have used one of their images (this one really makes me smile)on my DT card

I am in a phase of making different shaped cards and this time I chose to make a diamond easel card - courtesy of a Youtube video by Sam Calcott which you can find here.  My favourite colours always include pink and here I have teamed it up with turquoise.

Papers - LOTV 8X8 pad

I have used a Lavinia Stamps star stamp to try and make it look 'magical'

Use A Die

Morning all, sorry for the late post - I had to abandon posting this yesterday due to an emergency trip to the vet as our little Westie decided that her breakfast would be a packet of chewing gum!! After inducing vomiting, the vet said no harm had been done and we brought her home, thank goodness!

S, back to the challenge - it's my turn to choose a theme this week at Passion for Markers and I decided not to go with my normal 'pink' theme and instead I would like you to use at least one die on your project - I went a bit mad and used 3 different dies on my card, I wasn't sure at first about all the white space on my card, but I think it turned out ok in the end:

Image (from our sponsor ) is 'Hedgehog Flower' - All Dressed Up Stamps

Dies used: For the card shape I used the beautiful 'Butterflies In Flight' border die and I also used Spellbinders' 'Floral Oval' and  'Intricate Bunting' from Intricut

I used my Spectrum Noir markers and some Promarkers to colour and finished off with a Kanban sentiment and a rainbow bow

Challenges:

'ATG with the option of flowers' - I Love Promarkers

'ATG' - Creative Inspirations

'Anything New'( the image and 2 of my dies) - Dream Valley

January Blues

 Happy New Year!

And with the New Year comes a new challenge at Passion for Promarkers - Lisa would like you to use shades of blue for this challenge, remember to pop in to the Promarker Blog for some blue inspiration

I decided to use a fun image for this one as I'm feeling a bit blue and could do with cheering up (Covid ripped through the family like a bowling ball, knocking everyone off their feet!)

And I got ahead on my Birthday cards for 2022,  this one is not due until May

Feeling Blue

Another Tuesday already - this year is going so fast, it's nearly Christmas!

We have a new challenge at Passion for Markers - 'Make It Cute'  - a nice easy one for you, please visit the PFM blog for more details and some super cute inspiration from the Team 2 girls.

I used an image from All Dressed Up Stamps (our sponsor for this challenge) and it was so easy to find an image to fit the challenge as all their images are so cute!

I decided to move away from the pinks as most of my cards seem to be pink! I decided to go for brown and blue - this is outside my comfort zone as I have a bit of a mental block when it comes to blue, but I think she came out well in the end

Paper is from a LOTV 8X8 pad
