Another Sweet 16

I've got to make this a quick post as I have been drafted in to work today, bang goes my lazy day spent crafting and sunbathing! (not at the same time lol!). This time it's my nephew who is 16, and I have used another Mo Manning image which is so apt for a teenager. I have followed the sketch at Dutch Dare and have also entered at Passion for Promarkers who have loads of prizes up for grabs in celebration of their 3rd anniversary. There are also 3rd anniversary celebrations going on at Allsorts who are having a hop. I was a bit happier with the photo today, at least the colours have come out true to the card this time! And I had a go at something new for me - stitching. Unfortunately I do not own a sewing machine and even if I did I can't sew to save my life, so the stitching was done using a  piercing tool and a pencil, think it's a bit big, but it came out ok.

Image - 'Paul Typing' - Mo Manning coloured with promarkers
DPs - 'Back to Basics II' - Dovecraft
Circles cut using Spellbinders nestability dies, ovals cut using a pair of scissors as the nesties were not big enough!
Sentiments - Dovecraft
Buttons & ribbon from stash

Challenges:
'Birthdays' - PFP
Sketch - Dutch Dare
'Someone Special Birthday' - Allsorts
