Go Nuts!

Well, autumn has really settled in now -all  the leaves on the ground are the proof! and we have a very appropriate challenge starting at Passion for Markers - this time Wendy would like to see projects on the theme of 'Autumn Friends'

And I have used one of their images for my DT card:

Papers - Trimcraft

I used a John Next Door die for the main square, some stitched banners for the sentiment and coloured and cut out some acorn clip-art

Finished off with some enamel dots

Bob's Balloons

 Well, it's pouring hard here which is very disappointing after the last few days of glorious sunshine, but, on the plus side - it's a perfect day for crafting! and for joining in our latest challenge at Passion for Markers where the theme this time couldn't be easier! - We would like to see projects made for 'Birthdays' 

The lucky DT got to choose an image from our sponsor Dr Digi's HOS to play with and I chose 'Bob's Balloons' as balloons definitely qualify for our theme 

After year's of struggling to make cards for men - I seem to be on a bit of a roll as this is the 3rd masculine card I have made for our challenges lately

Papers - Phill Martin's 'Premium Inserts' 8x8 pad

I used 'Square Notched Corners' die from Crafts Too for the image and some balloon dies ( not sure from where) for added decoration together with Sue Wilson's 'Stacked Happy Birthday die from her' Mini Expressions' range

Finished off with some enamel dots

In The Pink

 Morning, it's been wet and windy here recently - a perfect excuse to shut myself away in the craft room! and my latest creation is for the new challenge at Passion for Promarkers - Elaine would like to see projects in your 'Favourite Colour Combo'

My favourite colour is pink with any other colour, but this time I have combined it with white and kraft, using an image from our sponsor -

Pink dotty paper - Sue Wilson's 8x8 'Dots N Stripes' paper pad

Die-cuts are from Sue Wilson's 'Looped Ovals' and I used a dotty embossing folder on the smaller one for some added texture

Finished off with a bow, gems and some ostrich feathers (not real of course!)
