I inked the cloudy sky background with an MFT cloud stencil |& distress oxide ink (first time I've ever done this!)

Animals at Passion for Promarkers

Hi Crafters, hope you are all safe and well and getting lots of crafting done!

We have a new challenge at PFP this week and it was my turn to choose a theme. As I don't 'do' difficult I chose  'Animals'

I was given the honour of choosing an image from our sponsor - The Paper Shelter and this is what the DT have got to work with, I think it's just adorable and you really should check out what the rest of the Team 2 girls have done with it over on the blog, their projects are just gorgeous!
Unfortunately the photo isn't great, I just couldn't get it sharper:(

I hope that everyone is keeping well and safe, to help while away the time we have another challenge at Passion for Promarkers. This time we would like to see projects that are 'CAS' ( Clean & Simple) I always struggle with this theme as I love using lots of die-cuts and embellishments, but I was reasonably pleased with my DT card, not so much pleased with the photo tho'!

Favourite Colour Combo

Another Tuesday - another challenge at Passion for Promarkers - this time we want you to use your 'favourite colour combo'

Mine is pink and green, and I decided on a shaker card this time:

I've used various leaf and vine dies as well as a bubble die cut from vellum

Clear sequins of different sizes for the shaker element

There is glitter on her body, but as usual my photographic skills have not captured it very well!

After I had put the acetate on I realised that I hadn't coloured her eyes - what a wally! It did bother me, but the thought of taking it apart and sucessfully putting it back together was just not a good one!

A bit of a 'hearty' card!

I'm back to showcase my 3rd GDT card for Conie Fong for the February Challenge on Facebook  The theme is 'Love' and I think I might have over done it with the hearts! The image is called 'Sweetheart Bella with Love' and I think you will agree with me that she certainly is a sweetheart! The hardest thing about being a GDT for this challenge is narrowing down my choice of images from Conie's Etsy shop - it is jammed full of beautiful images!

Sorry about the photo heavy post, but as usual, I wanted to do a shaped card and chose this 'peek-a-boo' style of which there are several Youtube tutorials

This one looks a bit lop-sided, but I didn't get the aperture central and had to jiggle my image to fit!

The gorgeous papers are from Dovecraft's 'Paper Posies' pad and I have inked the edges with 'Abandoned Coral' distress oxide ink

I have used Creative Expression's'Lovehearts'embossing folder on the front flap

Dies used: X-Cut 'mini filigree heart' and the 'large filigree heart' ( for the small hearts 'waste')

Finished off with a mini bow and enamel dot

Floral Fancy Fold
