I opted for the easy route on my DT card and have used dies with stitched edges and I have used a digital stamp from Di's shop on Etsy:

the hexagons were cut using Sue Wilson's 'Double Stitched Octagons' and the tag was made using dies from Craft Addiction Uk's 'Mini Birthday Tags' set
