I used a pop up stepper card blank from Kanban for my DT card:

Paper - 'Joyful Hearts' - Nitwit Collections Essentials
Dies used - Sizzix Thinlets 'Alphabet' for the word 'Today' and Sizzix original thick dies for the '2'
Finished off with a bow, one bear button and a few pink buttons
